The Seneca Falls Canal Fest is officially returning July 3–5, 2026 — and this year’s celebration will be bigger than ever as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.
Join us for three full days of live entertainment, delicious food, local vendors and artisans, family activities, waterfront fun, and community celebration along the historic Cayuga–Seneca Canal in downtown Seneca Falls.

Now entering its 9th year, the Seneca Falls Canal Fest has grown into one of the Finger Lakes region’s favorite summer traditions.
Each year, thousands of visitors come together to celebrate the beauty of the Canalway, support local businesses, and experience the energy and hospitality of the Seneca Falls community. From local artisans, food trucks, entertainers, boaters, nonprofit organizations, and families, Canal Fest showcases the very best of our region.
Throughout the weekend, both sides of the Seneca Falls Canal Harbor come alive with music, food, activities, and waterfront entertainment for all ages.

New for 2026: Touch-A-Truck
As part of the celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, Canal Fest will host a community parade through downtown Seneca Falls on Sunday, July 5.
The parade will feature community organizations, local businesses, civic groups, bands, decorated vehicles, floats, and more as participants come together to celebrate community spirit and patriotism along Fall Street.
Visitors are encouraged to line the parade route and enjoy one of Canal Fest’s most anticipated traditions.
New for 2026, Canal Fest will also feature a community Swap Meet filled with collectibles, antiques, vintage finds, toys, household treasures, memorabilia, and bargain hunting opportunities.
The Swap Meet gives visitors the chance to browse unique items, discover hidden treasures, and connect with vendors and collectors from across the region in a fun and relaxed outdoor setting.
Whether you are searching for vintage collectibles, hard-to-find items, or simply enjoy the thrill of finding a great deal, the Canal Fest Swap Meet will offer something for everyone.
